I have 24pc of PIC16HV540-20I/P for sale, which I ordered by mistake. This is a 15V variety of the PIC16C54. The config is preset to HS oscilator, while I needed RC clock. If anyone has use for them, I'll let them go for $1.15/pc or best offer.
