Small Handheld Computer Project I need a microprocessor / microcontroller which will be able to handle this type of project I will describe. It first of all needs to be able to address external memory eeproms and sram. Second of all it needs a lot of processing power, but not too much. I'm thinking around 40 - 100 mhz. It needs to be fast enough to run a small build of linux, so there also needs to be a build of linux for this chip. I am probably going to use this LCD: http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bin/category.cgi?category=365&item=LCD- 61&type=store So the chip will need to interface with the LCD somehow. Linux will be on most likely a hard-drive, so I will need to be able to interface with the IDE. This is going to be a very complicated project, so I need technical information + help from anyone who feels they are able to give it. ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
