Well, generally, if you buy accessories for your car and mount them by yourself, and the accessories don't come with a well thought-out mounting procedure, you may very well have to get out a mechanic's handbook for your car and your tool chest and try diggin around the innards of your car :) In this case, the program could have come with an installer and you wouldn't have these problems.
