Hello!

I have downloaded " hwt4.zip " from tech-tools
an PIC application for reading rotary encoders,
but I want to change the device from 16C54
to 16F84 and I need a new hexcode.

Can anyone tell me how the language suite
and language tools must be set to get the
new hexcode or if anyone have a similar code
written to MPASM.
