You need to shell out about $2K for a Microsoft CAD program that will be compatible with Windows.... (I hate Windows.... as if you couldn't tell). Seems each new version of Windows obsoletes one of my programs... and ain't it a coincidence... Microsoft sells a similar program!!!! I've resorted to using System Commander to allow me to boot to DOS, Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98......... what a waste. Sorry... had to vent. I didn't help you much.
