Also, check with your local university.  Sheffield already has established
exchange programs.  Even if the existing programs don't suit your specific
needs, you'll probably encounter people and organizations with experience in
this area.  Ask them questions.

My wife used to set up and run these programs, there are a number of details
that shouldn't be taken lightly.
