Hi Folks, This will probably be of interest to many of you: I've discovered a couple of very inexpensive calculators that Hex, Binary, Decimal and Octal capabilities. Both are $8.00 Canadian, and provide many (if not more) functions of much more expensive programmer's calculators: Cora EXectutive Scientific Calculator. It has a model number "TK-315". I got this at a local drugstore. It has the ability to covert values from Decimal to one of the other bases and provide basic Add/Sub/Multiply/Divide on the different bases. The "aurex Scientific 159 Functions" (Model "SC-108i) has the basic AND/OR/XOR/NOT... Functions along with Addition/Subtraction/Multiply/Divide. I bought mine for $8.00 at "Staples" or "Business Depot". myke -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline? Don't AutoReply us! email listserv@mitvma.mit.edu with SET PICList DIGEST in the body
