Hi, "cargar" and "arrancar" are good translations, in spanish makes sense to say "cargando programa" or "arrancando programa" (the first sound better for me). "cargador de arranque" is the best translation for bootloader, but is a liitle technical, and someone could not understand (bootloader is also technical ?) BTW, there is an anglicism : "booteando" (booting as it sound in spanish), but it's not be on a commercial product. i speak in spanish, so if you want, send me the others translations for check. (sorry, my english is bad).
