    Am currently building a proximity detector hobby project
using infrared emitter/receiver. I have the Motorola infrared
led/sensor pair MRD5009, MLED930. MRD5009 is the
phototransistor. COuld someone tell me the pin configuration
of this device ? I couldnt locate this on the net :( Any idea
whats the current rating for the LED ? This is my first project
using photo transistor. I believe we need to keep the base
pin of the receiver open and use the collector and emitter pins
alone.  right ? Has anyone tried this out ?
