I have been searching our list for PCB manufacturers,
collected some web addresses, had a look at them,
made some elementary arithmetics and concluded that two
good options could be :

run.to/pcb (Bulgaria) 2 side, 16.25$/dm2 (solder mask
            and component marks included)
www.pcb-pool.com (UK) 2 side, 30$(1 item)-9$(50 item)/dm2
                 (solder mask and component marks included)

I would greatly appreciate the opinion of people having
had deals with them. What is the procedure followed to pay
the PCBs made in Bulgaria ? Are there other cheap options
to consider ?
