I am an electrical engineering student in Higher Technical Institute in Cyprus and probably I will do a project with PICs so I needed a programmer. The programmer that I built was from a last year's project. It can program the most of the flash pics from the 16FXX and 16FXXX series. The circuit uses a buffer ic, the max662, three transistors and the 78L05 regulator the others are some capacitors, resistors and the IC sockets.
