Acctualy I have one programmer and it was not working properly (PROPIC 2), to my surprise RB4 was connected to +5V also, I just hardwired the pin to GND and programmer is now working great. Thank you a lot for the tip, by the way PROPIC2 is much faster than ICprog which I have tested, let me now if uou want a copy.
