Runs straight off a serial port, no external power supply required, can be used for ISCP. Look for the two transistor circuit at: http://www.jdm.homepage.dk Make sure you change the circuit and tie RB4 to ground instead of +5V, this little gotcha got me. Then download this really nice windows programming software from: http://www.ic-prog.com Have fun!
