My intial off the cuff guess is that it is a resistor network, possibly
 with 160K and 30K resistors in it.  The name Dale is my reasoning for
 my conclusion.   The numbers 8921 are the date code.  This part was made
 on or about the first May in 1989.  It may help some in identifying this
 part further if some of the circuit details were given.
