Received a phone call tonight from Jinx tonight.
He advised that he was liable to be offlist for several days yet as he had
been detained for causing a breach of the peace in a department store by
remarking -

        "Oh look - there's no summer bed linen". *

Alternative suggestion that both his PC's (not to mention his TV) had
suffered sudden catastrophic failure seemed less likely, knowing Jinx. I
suggested he check his power feed for traces of 11 KV.

He expects to be back with us sometime soon.
