No, this is not a new clever virus. It's an old stupid bug (feature to M$) in MS Exchange server. When it receives mail with a character set option of X-roman8, Exchange ignores the tag saying that the e-mail is plain text. The attached file is the original e-mail message saved as a straight text file.
