The thing is that I am trying to test some gas tubes suppresors of 75V from sankosha, what I was trying to use is a keithley source configured as current source and supplying a DC current of 5mA to the component and measuring the voltage at the terminals of the component, and the the result I obtain was that the voltage at the terminals of the components doesnt stabilizes around 70Vdc, what I don't really know is if this behavior is normal.
