Are you sure you want to use a parallell memory. The M27C010 requires 27
I/O:s and the biggest 16F8XX MCU has 33 I/O:s. You will end up with 5 I/O:s
left...
I'll suggest a serial (SPI/I2C) memory instead.

Does anyone know of a way (or link to web site) to use an external parallel
EPROM with a PIC16F8xx chip? Something like a M27C010 (1meg EPROM) or
similar. I want to use a monochrome graphics display with a PIC controller.
Unfortunately, I need lots of memory to store the bitmaps for the display.
The display will eat up about 5k per picture.
