Thanks a lot, Kat and Tobie. I tried the method of right clicking on 123.EXE in Windows explorer and setting the Expanded Memory to maximum. This immediately solved my problem. Now that I know how simple it is to increase memory allocation for DOS programs in Win2000, it's kind of funny to recall how I struggled for nearly a month, only because I didn't know the correct method!
