    Pedro:

    Yes, I've done it exactly that way, and I personally wouldn't do
    it for less.

    When I was consulting, I routinely paid 5-10% finders fees to
    people who referred work to me.  If I could afford THAT, a
    company that's looking for a multi-million-dollar investor can
    afford 4%.
