Yea, I've let it run for a bit and it just sticks. No worries though, I've
gone interrupt-less!

I shall never know what the problem is; though I am suspecting h/w problems
as now I can't get any timer code to work (even from Myke Predko's book --
copied verbatim). Went through almost all 25 of my PICs thinking it was a PIC
problem..nah...
