I have a project where I want to monitor temperature and the board has to
be as small as possible. I want to have a micro with a UART, temperature
sensing to 0.1 degrees, non-volatile memory of 0.5 megabytes, a real time
clock and flash program memory of 2k bytes. I would like to obtain this in
one chip if possible. I only need a few I/O. I suspect no such device
exists. If need be I could get the temperature sensing done externally.

Any ideas??
