But let me say this: If it weren't for the US England may not be here today... for that matter maybe not the US either in the long run. Sooner or later the US would have had to face the Axis. Without England and the fortress that England represented the war with the Axis would have been fought on US soil instead of at a distance as it was. D-Day might not have happened and we might all of us be speaking German and there'd be a damn sight more swastikas around nowadays. Point being: The Axis would not have been put down without cooperation from ALL the allies. French, English, New Zealand, US, Australian and many more than my tired brain can come up with right now. WWII is over and at least theoretically the same allied countries are still friends. The terroristic threat affects us all. As far as doing things to piss people off? The US *CERTAINLY* has no monopoly there. The British, French, Germans, Spanish, Italians and Russians just to name a few have certainly had a history of imposing their will on others when it suited them. Or meddling in the internal affairs of others to impose their own agenda. Before you point a finger at someone else, remember there are four more pointing back at you. -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+ Peter L.
