The realestate in packed cities is so expensive, it makes a lot of sense. An office on the 90th floor of a skyscraper leases for as much as an office in the third story of a five story building. Maybe even more, for those who value a nice view. Ego is also a great deal, though. It'll be interesting to see what they do with that spot.
