Sorry, I really do apologize for the inconsistency. The dawn.asm file on my
server is the current one that doesn't work even WITH INTF being cleared.
It's apparent that NO goto instruction will work. I added "goto lights" at
the beginning of the ISR and in "lights" I added the "bcf PORTB,2"
instruction. The LED never went off as expected -- I even scoped it, it's not
pulsing, just a steady 5V. Maybe the PC is getting corrupted somehow...?
