Oops - I must have blanked out the more appropriate stuff. Whatever, point was, the guerillas disappear into the bushes, leave the country, go home, lie low for 6 months or 3 years. They have probably already done so. There is no standing army, no front lines, etc, etc. They wait years to do things. 1993 the truck bomb, 2001 the airplanes.
