None of the links in the Download section seem to be working but the notice
at the bottom of the page does say "Last updated :09/09/1998 14:21:07" so it
shouldn't come as a surprise ...

If you want another free Java IDE I think Borland still has JBuilder 5
Personnal available for download on their site.
