I'm sure my fish recognise me (don't think the snails do -
perhaps Alice has some empathy with molluscs). Each
morning they hover with their tiny hungry faces pressed
up to the glass watching me eat my toast at the bench.
They know as soon as I've finished they get the crumbs.
Ditto with the sparrows. They congregate outside the
window waiting for the toast crust to go up onto the
shed roof. Now a bot that did this waiting for a reward
would be something. What could you reward a bot with
that it would "appreciate" ?
