I did some work with UV-B detection about four years ago. Here are some UV
detectors from files.

SILONEX INC, (Montreal, Canada) does the best detectors NSL-21UV401 is
optimised for 300 to 380nm ie UV-A andUV-B
UK address Northwich, Cheshire - 01606 41999

CREE RESEARCH INC., (Durham, NC) optimised for 220 -350nm good for UV-B

SIEMENS (what istheir new name?) SFH291
