I second that, being one who has received a belt (more than once) from
professional grade electronic flash guns which have something like 500uF
charged to a good 500V as the storage for the flash tube, this backed by a
converter that could recharge this in less than 10 seconds after a
photograph was taken at full power. My father used to repair these brutes.
