Hello, I have had good experience lately with the HP/Agilent Mixed-Signal "MegaZoom" scope (not sure of the model number). It has 16 digital input channels and 2 analog input channels. The menus and user interface seemed nicely set up (I have mainly used analog scopes in the past). I think that the price falls in the range you mentioned.
