Honeywell (http://www.honeywell.com) has a HIH3610 RH
to voltage device.

Dallas has put this on a small (0.6 inch diamter) PCB
with a DS2438 battery monitor such that one can use
their 1-W interface to read RH and temperature.  Part
DHS01K.  It is $20 from their i-Buton store
