Make sure those that use them know how to respect them. They seem fairly robust, but students here tend to allow them to "snap" back, or sit there quickly pulling the string in and out all the time which tends to make the string bunch up inside and "kink". This means you have to pull it apart and rewind the string back on the drum. I have repaired lots of them and it can be a real pain. (big coil spring inside) You may also lose some linearity if the string kinks or twists up when in use. -- Best regards Tony mICros http://www.bubblesoftonline.com mailto:sales@bubblesoftonline.com -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
