Yes, they do exist. I bought them years ago for an audio mixer where the switch at the bottom of the pot acted as a "cue" switch, and the push switch also fed the cue bus allowing it to act as a "solo" button. I bought them from Clarostat in 1985. I used the Series 388 conductive plastic with a BJM switch module (push momentary SPDT) on the back. Good luck!
