That may be the greatest progress relatively that you ever make using a PIC. Browsing your message headings since you first appeared on list just over 2 weeks ago is interesting. You have just written a program, debugged it, learned about timers, got a programmer going and possibly built some or all of the hardware as well all from a previous position of nothing PICish at all.
