As a general answer, I don't know the best place to get them.  Paul's an
acquaintance, so he generally just has someone on his staff xerox the ones I want
and send them to me.  Some are published in the journals, and they are available
at most university libraries.  I've not found him to be big on patting himself on
the back.  I think he's pretty durned competent and doesn't need to go in for
that.
