Check out this document for one way of doing it. The serial interface does
run at a funny baud rate, but the principals apply to almost any system that
runs on a CDMA principle.

The instructions and commands transmitted across the network as defined in
the document are trade property, but the implementation is applicable to
everything from Ethernet to what you are trying to do.
