On a discussion here was mentioned that PLL filters are one of the best ways
to "fish" a weak signal out of a sea of noise. Great, but what PLLs are
recomended nowadays ? I mean, good and inexpensive, as well ? 4046 and LM565
are rated obsolete by same manufacturers, etc.

Also, does anyone have a good PLL filter circuit that could be shared ?
