Success!

I would like to apologise for wasting everyones time. I have just checked my
parallel port wiring for what must be the 20th time (NO EXAGERATION) and
found I had two ground and ack confused!

Anyway, after a quick change I successfully programmed my first PIC!!

Now the interesting bit of seeing if my own software works ;-)
