Hi there,
I have just assembled a morgan PIC programmer kit, purchased from Peter
Anderson. Unfortunately I can't get it to work!

I have followed each step in the accompanying documentation very carefully
and all the voltage levels at each point in the circuit look correct. I have
tried the windows and DOS versions of the programming software (PROPIC and
P16PROL respectively) and both report a hardware error.

I have spent considerable time trying to debug this myself, but have decided
its time to call for reinforcements ;-)

Any suggestions?
