It is true you can easily misorient your connector especially on a cheap AT oem motherboard, with no guides for the connector. I have done this many many times. However, it has numbers on pin 14 and 13 printed on the board. If you measure the voltages, you will find that the two rows are reversed (I mean the numbers on the board should be on the other side) Paying a little extra for good branded h/w does worh it...
