someplace...I had all this down so I could refresh myself when I was looking at caps... For ceramic caps, you can chose class 1 types, NPO that have very little drift relative to temperature. Class 2 caps can be X7R (best?) to Y5V (worst?) withe Z5U in the middle of them. Y5V can handle higher values. So...as my "?" stated...is that true.
