More likely a refresh from Cache (If you've been there before),
or some broken javascript.

I even tried Lynx, and had no success.

It doesn't help that it isn't properly listed in the DNS tree.
 name.ualberta.ca can't find commlinx.com.au:Non-existent host/domain
(subdomains without www -should- still be listed)

However, using the IP address does work.
Name:    www.commlinx.com.au
Address:  210.15.198.70

http://210.15.198.70/schematics.htm
but there still is that funny refresh requirement.

Once you get in, there are literally hundreds of project links to
other sites.
