I am looking for comments from people who have made battery operated products using PICs. If you had a battery operated product (containing a PIC amongst other things) which you wished to recharge. What precautions must you take as far as your circuit is concerned. i.e. Would you have to isolate your circuit from the battery before charging it, or could you charge it whilst the circuit is still connected to it. What is the best design practice and how would you normally implement it. Thank you for your comments.
