Other than Intersil, no I don't. I only know that one of our engineers is
looking at using the Radiation Hardened version in a space application. I
guess we would be sourcing them direct from Intersil, or through one of the
agencies that deals in RH parts, on that basis. Still I'm hoping that some
samples will fall off the end of the lab bench into my lap....
