I am resending this because the topic tag police say I didn't put the
right topic on the first time.

I got a great deal on an Ungar 4700 SMT removal/reflow station from a
service company that went out of business.  Can anyone give me some
advice on the recommended temperature settings for the upper and lower
heaters.  Also, is there a certain amount of time that I should let the
board preheat with the lower heater before I lower the upper heater?

It is also fairly obvious how to use this to remove parts, but what
about installing parts?  Do I put solder paste on the pins, glue the
part down, and melt away?

I would also appreciate if someone could tell me what this is worth in
good shape.  I would be willing to sell it or take a partial trade for
something more usefull like a pencil type hot air rework station.
