This caught me out big time. If I reprogram a flash chip, any data that is in the EEPROM window gets programmed into the chip also - unless I tell the programmer not to. Unfortunately, this data does not change after re-assembly if the ASM file does not have EEPROM data listed. Therefore a newly programmed chip may have garbage EEPROM data programmed into it. Is there an option to clear the EEPROM on re-assembly? -- Best regards Tony mICros http://www.bubblesoftonline.com mailto:sales@bubblesoftonline.com -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
