I realize that extended temp LCD displays have a wider operating temperature, but what *specifically* does this mean. More / Less contrast changes at the wider temperatures ? I've got a standard temp display but i'm finding that the contrast on it is too dark at it's upper operating limits (around 120 degrees F). The unlit segments begin to grow dark around that temp and it's hard to see the ones you want to be able to see. I'm looking for real specifics here on what using an extended temperature display does for you, not just "it lets you use it at higher and lower temperatures" Thanks for your comments !
