Cool idea, how about a link to the home desktop PC to update it daily/weekly. Kind of a phrase of the day to teach kids new languages. However, having lived overseas, nothing will make a kid learn a foreign language faster than when the other children they play with speak only that language. The parents speaking different languages does not always make a difference as the kids just tune out mom or dad. My two boys didn't even speak english until they were 5 and 6 respectively. Now that is all they speak and know. The learning curve for English was lightning fast once in USA.
