Scanning Microchip's datasheets for the gray box in the Interrupts
section of the datasheet that details this problem, here's the chips
that they say are affected

        16C65
        16C65B
        16C71
        16C73
        16C73B
        16C74
        16C74B
        17C42

Oddly, the 16C65A is not listed. Not exactly comforting ...
